CAV Judgment
1. By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking the indulgence of this Hon’ble Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to challenge the memo dated 11.10.2022, the order dated 06.07.2022, and the order dated 01.05.2022, all issued by respondent No. 1, i.e., the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur. The petitioner further seeks a direction to the respondents to constitute a Committee comprising 5 to 7 members from other IIMs or other eminent Professors, for considering the petitioner’s case in a lawful and fair manner.
2. The case, as projected by the petitioner, is that the petitioner was admitted to the Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) at IIM Raipur in 2017 and completed all academic requirements under the EFPM Manuals applicable from 2017 to 2019. This included co
