1. Heard Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondents.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):-
“10.1. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner.
10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities not to issue any fresh tender initiating proceedings for allotment of balance work which is allotted to the petitioner and is being performed engaging all resources.
10.3. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 07/08/2024 passed by respondent no.4.
10.4. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to complete the balance work without any impediment.
