1. Heard Mr. Dheerendra Pandey, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondent No.1.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to allow the application by making an order to quash the crime no. 166/2024 dated 08.11.2024 offence u/s 108, 3(5) of BNS Act & quash the final report dated 29.12.2024 and order dated 18.03.2025 and also quash the entire criminal proceeding pending before Session Judge as Session Trail No. 46/2025, offence u/s 108, 3(5) of BNS Act and discharge from the case to the applicant.”
