2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section
528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking quashment of Criminal Case No. 3311/2024 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mungeli, District – Mungeli (C.G.) titled as (C.G. State Vs. Gulshana alias Shalini Kumari & 2 others) and charge-sheet No. 167/2024 arising out of FIR No. 153/2024 registered at Police Station- Sargaon, District – Mungeli (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 318 (4) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita
