3. This petition has been filed by the applicant for mentioning his appearance in the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in WPC No.2373 of 2025 and other connected matters.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Writ Petition (C) No.2373 of 2025 and other connected matters were listed and decided on 08.05.2025. It is submitted that Shri Rewa Shankar Patel, Advocate, had appeared on advance copy and represented before this Court as Standing Counsel for the Food Corporation of India (FCI). Therefore, it is prayed that his name may be mentioned as Standing Counsel for FCI/Respondent No.7 in the said order.
5. No objection raised from the other side.
6. In view of the above submission and the facts stated, the prayer is allowed. Let the name of Shri Rewa Shankar Patel, Advocate, be reflected as Standing Counsel for the Food Corporation of India (Respondent No.7) in the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.2373 of 2025 and connected matters. The rest of the contents of the order shall remain unchanged.
