1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 231/2025 registered at Police Station Telibandha, District- Raipur, (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 318(4) and 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.

2. Case of the prosecution, in brief is that the complainant became acquainted with Kamal Deshlahare, who introduced him to the RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN present applicant. The applicant allegedly persuaded the complainant to open bank accounts in two banks and to purchase SIM cards of a mobile company, which were retained by the applicant. Subsequently, the complainant discovered that large sums of money had been transacted through the Indian Overseas Bank, Samata Colony Branch, without his knowledge or authorization, thereby duping him. A copy of FIR No. 231/2025, registered at Police Station Telibandha, District Raipur (C.G.), is annexed herewith as Annexure A-2.
