2 Challenge in this appeal is to the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 10.06.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Second Fast Track Special Court (POCSO Act), Durg, District Durg, in Special Sessions Trial No.79/2018, by which the the appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under:
