1. The plaintiff has filed this petition assailing the order dated
3.8.2022 passed in Civil Suit No.18A/2019 by the learned Civil Judge Class I, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa, whereby an application moved by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order 26 Rule 9 CPC has been rejected.
