2. By way of this revision, the applicant has prayed for following relief:
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the records of the Court below for hearing arguments and be pleased to allow this revision and quash the order of maintenance passed by the learned Family Court in the interest of justice.”
3. Brief facts of the case are that the non-applicants filed a case under Section 125 Cr.P.C . seeking grant of maintenance. The Non- applicant No. 1 submitted that she was married to the applicant in May 2015 according to their customary rites, and thereafter, they resided peacefully at her husband’s house in Village Titirgaon.
