1. By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) :
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to order the State Government to issue Forest Rights Lease to the petitioner.
10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is the Citizen of India and entitled to enjoy all the fundamental rights enshrined under part III of the Constitution of India and presently lives and does farming in Village Bhajpuri, District Mahasamund, C.G. Petitioner lived in Bhanpuri village and in forest land from past three generations, by which he becomes a claimant of forest land under Forest Rights Act 2006. (in short FRA 2006 hereafter). In year 2001 State Government did survey /panchnama in which officials wrote that Petitioner and his father live in Khasra no. 265 from year 2001 without citing any docume
