1. By this present review petition, the petitioner is seeking review/recall of order dated 22.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.A. No. 426/2025.
2. The review petitioner in person seeks review of the order dated 22.08.2025 passed in W.A. No. 426/2025, which was dismissed on the ground that this Court dismissed the writ appeal on the basis of Rule 7 of the Rationalization Policy but the said rule 7 relates to the employees holding the post of Assistant Teacher, whereas in the present case the petitioner is holding the post of Lecturer which is governed by the Rule 6(6)
of the Rationalization Policy.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the State on the other hand would support the order passed by this court in the writ appeal and prays for dismissal of the present review petition.
4. We have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the review petition as also the order under review.
