1. By way of the instant petition under S.482 of CPC, the petitioners have sought for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 600/2011 registered at Police Station Bhilai Nagar, District Durg.

2. As per the prosecution case, respondent No. 2 who also happens to be the brother of petitioner No. 1 and son of petitioner No. 2 had filed a case under S. 156 (3) of CrPC. against the petitioners before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg which after consideration, the JMFC directed for lodging an FIR against the petitioners for the offence punishable under S.418, S.420, S.467, S.468, S.471, S.474/34 and 120 (B) of IPC.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is that they had after the death of the husband of petitioner No. 2 namely Vinod Kumar Soni who was an employee of Bhilai Steel Plant tried to obtain comp
