1. The appellant / plaintiff has filed this Second Appeal under S.100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the impugned judgment and decree dated 16-9-2010 in Civil Appeal No 18 - A / 07 (Prasram v. Chamururam and others) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Katghora, District Korba by which the learned First Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal arising out of judgment and decree dated 30-3-2007 passed by the Civil Judge, Class - I Katghora, District Korba in Civil Suit No. 50 - A / 2002.
