1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition stands squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 4155 of 2019, decided on 10.12.2021, and, therefore, prays that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the said order.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the State fairly does not oppose the aforesaid submission.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents meticulously.
4. This Court, while deciding WPS No. 4155 of 2019 vide order dated 10.12.2021, held in paragraph 4 as under:
“4. Since the dispute is between the Department of School Education and the Department of Tribal Welfare, it would be appropriate to direct the Secretaries of both the Departments to sit together and resolve the dispute that has cropped-up between the two Governmental Departments. The petitioners will file all the relevant documents before the Collector, Gariyaband and the Collector shall forward the same to the Committee of two Secretaries of the Department of School Education and the Department of Tribal Welfare who shall take decision within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners shall be entitled to file their submissions before the two Secretaries of the State Government. Thereafter, the petitioners are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law, on the basis of the order passed by the committee of two Secretaries.”
5. Since the same issue has been involved in this present writ petition, therefore, it is being disposed of in terms of the above Para 4 passed in WPS No. 4155 of 2019 vide order dated
10.12.2021.
