1. This criminal appeal preferred under Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C is against impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 27.11.2000 passed in Sessions Trial No. 96/2000 by the learned Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under:-
Conviction Sentence Under Section 376 of R.I. for seven years and fine of
the IPC
Rs. 200/- with default stipulations.
Under Section 450 of the IPC
R.I. for five years and fine of Rs. 100/- with default stipulations. Both the sentences are directed to run concurrently.
