Learned counsel Shri Aditya Diwan, Advocate, appearing on behalf of Shri Vaibhav Goverdhan, Advocate, submits that the present application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the Vakalatnama. The application is supported by an affidavit of the appellant, wherein it is stated that she has engaged another counsel to represent her in the present appeal.

On due consideration, the application for withdrawal of Vakalatnama, i.e., I.A. No. 04/2020, is allowed.
