1. This first anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.388/2025 registered at Police Station – Tarbahar District – Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 69 of the BNS 2023.

2. The prosecution's story is that victim/complainant lodged a written complaint on 15.12.2025 against applicant stating that she was preparing for examination of NEET and residing at a rental house in Bilaspur, where in came in contact with the present applic
