HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH AT BILASPUR WPPIL No. 62 of 2025 IN THE MATTER OF SUO MOTO PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION versus STATE OF CHHATTISGARH AND OTHERS Order Sheet made to the Central Government (LWE Division), Ministry of Home Affairs on 12/09/2025 and when no action on the said proposal was taken by the Central Government, reminder letter dated 10/11/2025 has been sent to the Central Government (LWE Division), Ministry of Home Affairs on 10/11/2025 with a request to accord its approval / sanction on the proposal being sent by the State Government on 12/09/2025.

That, the deponent respectfully submits that as per the information supplied by the officials of the concerned Department, the proposal dated 12/09/2025 and the reminder dated 10/11/2025 sent by the State Government are still under consideration before the Central Government (LWE Division), Ministry of Home Affairs and looking to the need of construction of the said bridge, referring to the efforts being made by the State Technical Team constituted for providing assistance to the IFD Cell, MHA in clearing the technical queries raised by the IFD Cell, by writing further reminder dated 19/12/2025, the State Government has again made a request to the Under Secretary, LWE Division, Government of India, Ministry of Home, New Delhi to accord its approval / sanction under special project head on the proposal being sent by the State Government
