1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case.

10.2. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari/prohibition/mandamus, thereby to quash the impugned proposal dated 26.06.2025 for suspension of petitioner and Suspension order dated 14-07-2025 after declaring it illegal and arbitrary.

10.3. Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to revoke suspension order dated 14-07-2025 with direction to provide full salary of his suspension period.

10.4. Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation dated 29.10.2025 /27.11.2025 seeking revocation of suspension with full salary of suspension period, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law within stipulated time period and further to pass any other relief (s) which it deems fit along with cost of the petition in the interest of justice.”

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking a direction to respondent authorities to take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 29.10.2025 / 27.11.2025, with regard to revocation of suspension of petitioner, within specified time.

3. Learned counsel for respondents would submit that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection.

4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, submission of learned counsel for parties, without expressing any opinion on merits of case of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide pending representations of petitioner dated 29.10.2025 / 27.11.2025 (Annexure P-7 to writ petition) in accordance with law, on its own merits, expeditiously.

6. Certified copy as per rules.
