CAV ORDER

1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant who apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 03/2024 registered at Police Station- Anti Corruption Bureau/ Economic Offence Wing Chhattisgarh, Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120-B and 384 of IPC and Sections 7, 7-A and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Initially the applicant had moved an application under Section 482 of BSNN 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail before the learned trial Court and learned trial Court vide its order dated 29-8-2024 has dismissed the same.
