1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 258/2025 registered at Police Station – City Kotwali, District-Dhamtari (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 65(2)(d), 115(2), 296, 351(3), 77 of BNS, 2023 and Section 13/14, 15(1), 5(s)/6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. The prosecution's case, in short, is that on 09.10.2025, the victim filed a report against the applicant at Police Station City Kotwali, District-Dhamtari (CG), stating that from 10.07.2023 to 25.01.2024, the applicant had sexual intercourse with her on multiple occa
