The present appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 31.07.2007 passed by Digitally signed the learned 2^nd Upper Session Judge (FTC), Janjgir (C.G.) in ST by R NIRALA No.77/2007, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 306 of IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for 4 years with fine of Rs.500/- with default stipulation.
