1. This appeal has been preferred by the appellant being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 28.06.2016 passed in Sessions Trial No.32/2014 by the Third Additional Sessions Judge, Bastar, Place Jagdalpur (C.G.) whereby, the trial Court has convicted the appellant for the offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code, simple imprisonment for 01 year.
