1. This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents State to re-open and extend the counselling process for admission to the B.Sc Nursing Courses for the academic session 2025-26 for a further period of one month beyond 31.12.2025;

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, order or commands, commanding and directing the Respondents to relax the eligibility criterion prescribing a minimum cut-off of 10 percentile upto 5 percentile/percentage, and to permit participation of petitioner on the basis of marks/percentage, in accordance with the Chhattisgarh Nursing Course Admission Rules, 2019 (as amended in 2022) and the guidelines issued by the Indian Nursing Council; and allow petitioners to enroll them for counselling on their offici
