1. This is the First bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 149/2025 registered at Police Station : Shankargarh District – Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 69 of the BNS, 2023.

2. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 28.10.2025, the prosecutrix lodged written report at Police Station, Shankargarh to the effect that her maternal uncle has proposed the mar
