1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1.That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal.

10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned relieving letter dated 21.11.2025 (Annexure-P/1) issued by the respondent No.7 i.e. Head Master, Govt. Primary School, Baratnara, Block Dharsiwa, District Raipur (CG) and further be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work continuously at Govt. Primary School, Baratnara, Block Dharsiwa, District Raipur (CG)

10.3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially posted as Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School Mana Basti, Block Dharsiwa, District Raipur. Looking to request letter forwarded by the Head Master, School, Baratnara, Block Dharsiwa, District Raipur (CG), petitioner was temporarily attached in Government Primary School, Baratnara, Block Dharsiwa, District Raipur (CG), waiting for posting order of petitioner. Vide order dated 21.11.2025 (Annexure P-1), petitioner is relieved considering the letter dated 24.6.2025 written by the Joint Director to all the District Education Officers of Raipur Division for cancelling all the orders of attachment. He submits that cancellation of the order of attachment of petitioner is per se bad and illegal.

Learned State Counsel submits that considering the order passed in several writ petitions filed by employees against their attachment and also considering the requirement of teachers in schools, the State Government has formulated scheme of rationalization and accordingly, order was passed cancelling the order of attachment of all teachers who are working under the order of attachment. Pursuant to letter issued by the Joint Director dated 26.4.2025, the District Education Officer has passed the order of relieving the petitioner on 21.11.2025. Hence, there is no error.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused documents annexed along with writ petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, nature of grievance raised, in particular letter dated 24.6.2025 by which the Joint Director has written letter to all the District Education Officer of Raipur Division for cancelling attachment order and further considering the decision of this Court in similar facts that order of attachment of government employees is not sustainable, I do not find any g
