1. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.481/2025 registered at Police Station – Balod, District – Balod (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4),3(5) of BNS, 2023.

2. The prosecution story, in brief, is that in village Umradah there was a land belonging to complainant namely Balram Patel and his sister Sulochna Patel and the land bearing Khasra No 386/01, 386/02, Area 0.20 Hectar
