1. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that he will file the memo of appearance today itself.

2. By the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:-

“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order taking cognizance dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P/1), chargesheet no. 181/2025 dated 24.06.2025 along with FIR no. 554/24 dated 04.12.2024 (Annexure P/2), impugned order dated 26.06.2025 passed in Criminal Case 3710/2025 and the entire criminal case no. 3710/2025 including consequential proceedings for alleged commission of offence under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1973 pending before Ld. CJM, Jagdalpur, District-Bastar, in the interest of justice.”

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the mediation dated 14.11.2025 between the parties is successful and the mediation report is on record.

4. For the sake of convenience, it would be appropriate to reproduce the contents of mediation report dated 14.11.2025 which reads as under:-
