1. The present second appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed by the defendant No. 1 and 4 against the impugned judgment and decree dated 10.01.2014 passed by learned First Additional District Judge, Sakti, in Civil Appeal No.
4A/2006 whereby the first appeal filed by the defendant No. 1 and 4 has been dismissed and the judgment and decree dated 04.02.2006 passed by learned Civil Judge, Class-I, Sakti in Civil Suit No. 592 A/2002 is affirmed.
2. For the sake of convenience, the status of the parties shown in the civil suit are being taken in the present appeal also.
3. The plaintiff (Respondent No. 1 in the present appeal) has filed a civil suit for declaring the sale deed dated 28.03.1995 executed by defendant No. 2 and 3 in favour of defendant No. 4 be declared as null and void, the judgment and decree dated 28.01.1994 passed by Civil Judge, Class-II, Sakti in Civil Suit No. 1A/1990 be declared as null and void and not binding upo
