1. This is the third bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 603/2023 registered at Police Station – Surajpur, District - Surajpur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
