By the present appeal under Section 100 of the CPC, the appellants/plaintiffs challenging the impugned judgment and decree dated 10/03/2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Dhamtari, C.G. in Civil Appeal No.46A/2015 arising out of the judgment and decree dated 31/07/2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge Class-II, Nagri, District Dhamtari, C.G. in Civil Suit No.02A/2014.
