1. This acquittal appeal has been filed by the appellant against the acquittal order dated 17-10-2024 (Annexure P/1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District Raipur in Complaint Case No. 4016 of 2018 whereby the respondents/accused has been acquitted of the charges under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
