1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to decide the pending representation dated 13.11.2025 (Annexure P/13), in the interest of justice.

10.2That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to pay salary to the petitioner for the period 26.04.2025 till 15.10.2025, when petitioner was illegally suspended and was kept out of service, in the interest of justice.

10.3. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit be granted.”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner is working as Home Guard. He was put under suspension, however the order of suspension upon challenge was quashed. Petitioner thereafter was reinstated and after reinstating petitioner has submitted an application before respondent No.4 with a prayer to disburse salary of the period of suspension, which till date is pending consideration and therefore a direction be issued to the respondent No.4 to consider and to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a specific time frame.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking direction to take decision on representation, she is having no objection to the limited prayer.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the document available on record.

5. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, representation submitted by the petitioner before the respondent No.4 is stated to be pending, as of now this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 13.11.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
