2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the complainant, Anand Chandra Shrivas, received a phone call from his brother, Trilok Chandra Shrivas, informing him that his nephew, Aditya Pratap, had been assaulted and admitted to KIMS Hospital, Bilaspur.
