him is still awaited.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that
respondent No. 3, though a relative of the appellant, is not in contact with him, and the appellant is unaware as to why the notice has not been served. It is further submitted that the appellant is presently unable to furnish the correct
address of respondent No. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits
that the records of Civil Suit bearing No. 2-B/2022 have been summoned from the Court of the 11th Additional District Judge, Raipur (C.G.), on account
