1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

pleased to call for entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner, in the interest of

justice.

10.2. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow and permit the petitioner to continuing present place of posting in pursuant to the letter dated 29.08.2025 (Annexure P/3) by amending the impugned posting order dated 01.05.2025

(Annexure P/1), in the interest of justice.

10.3 This Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and

circumstances of the case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is

promoted to the post of Head Master, E-Cadre Primary School, from the post of Teacher (LB) vide promotion order dated 01.05.2025 and was posted at Govt. Middle School Dahida, Sarangarh, District- Sarangarh- Bilaigarh (C.G.) from Govt. Sages Middle Girls School, Chakarbhatha, Block- Bilha, District- Bilaspur (C.G.). He contended that after issuance of order of the promotion, petitioner has made representation for change of place of his posting, mentioning that the post is vacant at Chakarbhatha itself, vide letter dated 29.08.2025 to respondent No. 2/Director, Directorate of Chhattisgarh Public instruction, however, till date the respondent No. 2/ Director, Directorate of Chhattisgarh Public instruction has not take any decision on the letter submitted by respondent No. 3/Joint Director, Education Division, Bilaspur and therefore direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to take decision on the letter dated 29.08.2025 forwarded by respondent No. 3 with respect to change of place of posting of the

petitioner at one another.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that as the

petitioner is only seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on the letter dated 29.08.2025 forwarded by respondent No.3, he has having no objection of the limited prayer as made by learned

counsel for the petitioner.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

documents placed on record

5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective

parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance as raised in this writ petition, at this stage it is disposed of, directing the respondent No. 2 to take decision on the letter dated 29.08.2025, forwarded by respondent No. 3 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the letter also along with the copy of the order to be placed before

the respondent No. 2.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands

disposed of.
