1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is the owner and occupant of land bearing Khasra No. 538/9 and 538/10 situated at village Bhakura, Tehsil Ambikapur. The respondents are constructing National Highway, to which some portion of her land has been acquired and remaining land about 4 desmil has not been acquired, but the respondent are going to demolish the petitioner’s residential house situated over the unacquired land by changing the alignment of the Highway. He further submits that, once map for construction of National Highway is made, then alignment ought not to be changed. He also submits that, petitioner has filed representation dated 2-3- 2026 before the respondent No. 4 /Collector, Ambikapur, Distt. Sarguja. Hence this writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to decide her aforesaid application within stipulated period.

2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow above

limited prayer.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material

available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of at this stage, with a direction to the respondent 3/ Collector, Ambikapur, Distt. Sarguja to decide the representation dated 2-3-2026 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
