1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 282/2025 registered at Police Station Purani Basti, District – Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the complainant, Rameshwar Prasad Dewangan, submitted a written application to Police Station Purani Basti, stating that he resides at Street No. 1, behind Sheetla Mand
