1) The present Appeal has been filed by the appellants/efendant against the impugned judgment and decree dated 28.3.2017 passed by the District Judge, Bemetara CG) in Civil Suit No.8A/2013, whereby the suit has been decreed in favour of the plaintiff/respondent No.1 and defendants 1 to 3 have been directed to execute and register the sale-deed with regard to the subject property.

2) Both the parties have filed compromise application stating that the

grievance of the appellant has been redressed and an amount of

Rs.2,50,000/- has been received by respondent No.1 – Damman

Singh and now, there is no dispute between the parties. It is

further stated therein that the appellants and the contesting respondents reside in the same village and during pendency of the instant appeal, they have amicably settled the dispute out of Court. This settlement was reached on their own free will and consent, without any protest or duress. Consequently, a written compromise deed has been executed.
