respondent by an advertisement in a newspaper.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

pursuant to the permission of this Court the attempt is made

to serve the respondent through ‘Dasti service’ but she

refused to accept the same. The report of Dasti service is

filed alongwith the affidavit of the appellant. He also

contended that the appellant thereafter, submitted an

application (I. A. No. 04 of 2026) for service of notice to the

respondent by paper publication.

We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant

and also perused the document alongwith the application to

file service report of Dasti service.

On due consideration, the application (I. A. No. 04 of

2026) is allowed. The appellant is permitted to serve the

respondent through paper publication on payment of

process fee within one week. Notice be published in the

local newspaper widely circulated of the area of which the

respondent is resident. After publication of notice in

newspaper, a copy of the paper be placed on record.

Post this matter alogwith FA(MAT) No. 199 of 2023 in

the week commencing 13^th of July, 2026.
