1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case of

petitioners is squarely covered by the decision of this Court

passed in WPS No. 7163 of 2022 (Jitendra Kumar Vs. State of

Chhattisgarh & Ors.) and other connects matters, decided on

26.11.2025.

2. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is not opposed

by learned counsel for respective respondents.

3. With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, this

case is heard finally.

4. The Petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking quashment

of order dated 10.12.2020 (in WPS No. 1777/2026) and

18.08.2022 & 01.12.2020 (in WPS No. 1846/2026) and also

seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider

the candidature of the petitioners for appointment on the post of

Lecturer Mathematics (in WPS No. 1777/2026) and Lecturer

Biology (in WPS No. 1846/2026), (E & T cadre) on the basis of

educational certificates as per the UGC guidelines.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that respondent School

Education Department issued an advertisement for recruitment on

the post of Lecturers (Maths & Biology) of E & T cadre. Pursuant

to advertisement, petitioners also submitted their respective

applications for their appointment. They contended that at the

stage of document verification, petitioners have been disqualified
