Though by the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought several reliefs, however, at this stage, the limited prayer made by him is for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the appeal preferred by him against the order of suspension as also the representations submitted by the petitioner on 27/05/2026, 04/05/2026, 24/04/2026, 30/03/2026 for revocation of the order of suspension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was working on the post of Head Constable, he was placed under suspension and thereafter a charge-sheet was issued to him and a departmental enquiry was initiated.
