1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 25.01.2022 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 27.09.2021 and first appeal dated 26.11.2021 :-  Provide the requisite information / your views directly to the applicant within time. (ii) As the details provided in complaints are incomplete and unclear. Hence in absence of facts we cannot take appropriate action for the complaint.

(iii) Complaint number DEABD/E/2021/33116 the matter is registered with PS Nagar PS New Delhi having FIR No. 181/2011. I am only a mediator in the matter.

Thus information can provide on court order only.

(iv) We have already provided the information. The documents sought have been destroyed as per guidelines. Hence there is no further information to be provided.

(a) Provide grievance number in which, perks or fraudulently claimed conveyance has no factual details or verifiable facts or specific details.

(b) Provide grievance number in which, details provided in complaints are incomplete and unclear.

(c ) Provide record on the basis of which you have arrived at the conclusion that I am only a mediator in the matter mentioned in the grievance number DEABD/E/2021/33116.

(d) Provide copy of guidelines depicting therein that record can provide only on court order in spite of the facts that I am a member of the association in respect of which record was sought as per grievance number DEABD/E/2021/33116.

(e) Provide copy of record on the basis of which you have provided me information along with record details which has been destroyed i.e. AOF and its enclosure, clearing record, account opening register, digital SF accounts ledger sheet etc. as claimed by you.

(f) Provide copy of guidelines applicable as on the date of destroying the record as claimed by you.

2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the appellant filed an application dated 27.09.2021 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Punjab National Bank, Udaipur. The CPIO vide letter dated 25.11.2021 replied to the appellant. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant filed first appeal dated 26.11.2021. The First Appellate Authority (FAA) vide order dated 18.12.2021 disposed of the first appeal. Aggrieved by that, the appellant filed second appeal dated 25.01.2022 before the Commission which is under consideration.

3. The appellant has filed the instant appeal dated 25.01.2022 inter alia on the grounds that reply given by the CPIO was not satisfactory. The appellant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide the complete information and take necessary action as per Section 20 (1) of the RTI Act.
