1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 06.02.2023 seeking information on the following points: (i) Please let me know / tell me, how, why and what basis your 'Officers'. 'Employees', Men', 'Agents', 'Subordinates' and/or others, of the 'I. G. Mint, Kolkata' / 'SPMCIL, Kolkata', by some influence or the others, made, specially cooked up, concocted, specially manufactured the said 'Spurious' letter dated 30.03.2021(photo copy enclosed, marked with letter ('P3'), meticulously manipulated and got signed the said letter by/through my mother, 'Mrs. Lalita Devi', on 30.03.2021, illegally, arbitrarily, for which, all on a sudden, changed the total 'Theme', of/from the coveted 'Compassionate Appointment' to 'Payment of Lumpsum Compensation, in lieu of Compassionate Appointment', at the direct 'Helm of Affairs' and 'Intervention' of/through the 'Officers'.' Employees', Men', 'Agents', 'Subordinates' and/or others, of the 'I. G. Mint, Kolkata' / 'SPMCIL, Kolkata, although, when from 11.01.2005 to till date, she (My 'Mother') has been continuously making/raising her demand for her son's' Compassionate Appointment only???
