1. The Complainant filed an RTI application dated 08.02.2023 seeking information on the following points:

(i) “Please give the opinion and information under Section 2 f of The RTI Act, 2005.

Had the bank procured the certified copy of the alleged Deed No- 2021 of the year 1960 from DSR, Jalpaiguri, which is the mother Deed of the alleged fabricated Deed No- 2696 of 2015 of DSR Jalpaiguri on which the loan was sanctioned (ii) In connection to the two storied shopping complex as spoken about to be in front of the said constructed house and said to be owned by the borrower.

a. As per the records available with the bank was it constructed prior to the sanctioned loan or post loan b. Is the presence of the said shopping complex mentioned drawn marked in the Building Plan submitted by the loan beneficiary Bharati Biswas and as kept with the bank since the time of sanction of loan.

c. Is it the immovable property worth Rs 20 Lakhs in the name of Hridoy Biswas, which was taken as collateral security at the time of sanctioning the subject loan in

2017. d. Does this said shopping complex has any relation to the subject loan. (iii) Does the collateral sec
