The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 09.09.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated11.06.2021and first appeal dated 22.07.2021:- Details of information sought :-  Please supply me following information/documents underSection 6(I) of the Right to Information Act, 2005(As amended in 2019, in relation to Loan Account No:

(i) Please supply me copy of the visit report of Bank and/or qualified auditors or concurrent auditors appointed by the Bank and/or technical experts and or management consultants or other persons of the Bank’s choice who examined at all times, the Company’s book of accounts in connection with the above mentioned loan account.

(ii) Please supply me relevant documents of- Bank and/or technical experts who inspected the company's project sites from time to time by the officer. Please provide copy of the visit report along with details of developments.

(iii) Please supply me relevant documents and/or request of the principal borrower seeking prior permission in writing for creation of any furt
