1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 31.10.2022 seeking information on the following points:

 आवेिक के खाता संख्या 114811XXXXX है। आवेिक के नबना चाहे आवेिक खाते से कई बार थोड़ा थोड़ा करके रुपये पैसे का डेनबट हुआ है। आज दिनांक से नपछले पांच साल तक का उन सभी रुपयों पैसो के डेनबट की वजह बताये।

 आवेिक को जो भी बैंक िारा सुनवधा या योजना लागु है, उसे बताये।

2. Having not received any response from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal on 13.12.2022. The FAA’s order, if any, is not available on record. Subsequently, the CPIO replied on 24.01.2023 and provided the copy of account statement reflecting the debit of Rs. 118/- towards the charges levied for providing the account statement to the appellant.

3. Aggrieved with the non-receipt of any FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 03.02.2023.

4. The appellant and on behalf of the respondent Ms. Ritu Singh, Chief Manager, attended the hearing through video conference.
