The Appellant filed an RTI Application dated 18.09.2019 seeking information on the following four points:

Shri Manoj Kumar, APIO/RPF/HQrs./Northern Railway, New Delhi vide letter dated 30.09.2019, transferred the RTI Application u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act to the PIO, ASC/P/RPF, East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar and endorsed a copy of the same to the Dy. GM Law-cum-Public Information Officer, Baroda House, New Delhi as well as to the Appellant.

The CPIO/Personnel, Headquarters Office, Northern Railway, Baroda House, New Delhi vide letter dated 07.10.2019, transferred the RTI Application u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act
