1. As the information sought by the complainantin file nos. CIC/BKOIN/C/2022/1933, CIC/BKOIN/C/2022/661929 and CIC/BKOIN/C/2022/661931 was substantially the same, it was felt desirable to pass a common order in all the three cases.

1.2. The issue under consideration i.e. the reliefs sought by the complainant in the complaints dated 07.11.2022 due to alleged non-supply of information vide RTI application dated 19.04.2022are as under:- (i) “To set aside the order of the CPIO and First Appellate Authority and to direct the CPIO to provide the information as sought in the RTI applications dated

19.04.2022.

(ii) To award compensation to the complainant for the delay caused by the CPIO in providing the information.

(iii) To penalize the CPIO, First Appellate Authority and for withholding/concealing the information arbitrarily”.

2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the complainant filed applications dated 19.04.2022 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Bank of India, Nagpur, seeking following information:
