1. The appellant filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) Parliament of India, Lok Sabha Secretariat, New Delhi. The appellant seeking information is as under:-
1) Please inform me, in the light of official language act1963 clause
8(2); if this whole Official language Rules1976 including all its amendments from time to time, were/are ratified by the Parliament as per the statutory provisions given in official language act-1963-
8(2); Or NOT.
2) Please inform me the dates of Parliamentary debates happened in the Lok sabha to ratify; (i) the Official language rules-1976, (ii) the amendments in the official language rules-1976 on various occasions.
3) Please give me PDF or scan copies of Parliamentary debates happened in the Lok sabha to ratify; (i) the Official language rules-

4) Please give me any other source to have the dates and the PDF/scan copies of the Lok sabha debates; if SO
